Meeting Format

12-12:20pm: Discussion amongst ourselves.
12:20-1pm: Meet w staffers.

Everyone will have a chance to voice personal concerns, meeting in small groups with the Senator's staff. Staff will pass your opinions on to the Senator.

We use this time to make our voices heard and be sure the Senator knows what's on the minds of his constituents.

To help staff report accurately your concerns, please:

--Bring in writing your specific requests for Senator Warner.
--Send questions you want answered in advance to to pass on to staffers.

A pay parking garage is behind the building (up to $6.00, depending on length of stay); parking is not validated. The building lobby is a short walk from the parking garage. Signs are not allowed on the premises, inside or out (per building management security, not Warner's office)

This is a day of lobbying, not a rally. The great benefit of these events is in having our voices heard. Every person will have the opportunity to voice their concerns to a member of Senator Warner’s staff, who will report them to the senator. We know he is hearing us.

The office is in a privately owned building that does not allow signs on the premises or rally-style chanting.
